Vanco Fire Protection Ltd. is invested in its employees' health and safety. We take great measures and precautions to maintain a safe and healthy workplace for our employees. We follow industry standards, comply with occupational health and safety legislation and are current members in good standing of the Worker's Compensation Board of B.C.

We at Vanco Fire Protection Ltd. value our employees and with our supervision, encourage them to take responsible actions and make good decisions regarding their safety when working. Together, we aspire to create a working environment free of injury and illness.

Vanco Fire Protection Ltd. will make every effort to ensure that vehicles and machinery are maintained in safe and operational order. Vanco Fire will provide workers with adequate specific work task training including but not limited to confined space training. Where specific safety concerns are an issue an on-site “tool-box” meeting will occur addressing the specific safety concerns and best practices to follow.

Employees of Vanco Fire Protection Ltd. must protect their own health and safety and the health and safety of other workers by following the health and safety policies in compliance with legislation. We require all employees exercise caution and common sense in the workplace and to alert management of any safety hazards.
